Group of staff from Willmott Dixon with two assistance dogs and their owners

It is incredibly rewarding to be a Puppy Partner and it gives a strong focus for your company’s fundraising efforts.

What to expect as a Corporate Puppy Partner

Our Puppy Partners tell us that this is a great way to motivate staff and engage with their customers, and they also see increased engagement on their social media platforms. There is an overwhelming demand for our services and it takes a huge investment to rear and train each of our dogs. We really value every one of our corporate puppy partners! Being a Puppy Partner gives you and your team the opportunity to share the sense of achievement we experience when a dog makes the transition from puppy to assistance dog.

As Puppy Partners you will be working as a team to support one of our clever pups through training. They start with their initial training and then your dog will be matched with an individual. This is when he starts to learn specific skills in his advanced assistance dog training. Finally, your dog will start his working life and begin changing the life of an individual or family. Your team can share in this incredible journey through updates and photos. Throughout the training period you’ll see exactly how your dog is doing and the amazing things they will go on to do.

You can choose a sponsorship package that suits your business. Smaller companies may prefer a £1000 package but others prefer to become a £5000 Puppy Partner. Whichever level you choose, you will be supporting a puppy that achieves incredible things. Your dog could become an assistance dog, partnered with an adult or child with disabilities or a child with autism, or a community dog working with a specialist handler in a community or school. Whichever path they take, our dogs are life changers. As a corporate puppy partner, you will be part of that amazing journey.

Being a Puppy Partner

Whichever level of Puppy Partner your company becomes, you will be part of something miraculous.

“Our puppy partnership with Dogs for Good is so popular with our colleagues, they’ve engaged with it immediately and really enjoy the photos and updates. We’re really excited about building on it next year with a new puppy as well as continuing our support for our first puppy.”

Rebekah Etherington
Group Head of HR, Close Brothers

“Dogs for Good provides help to those who really need it. And with puppies too, what’s not to love? This will be our ninth year supporting this great cause, because audiences from ages 3 – 93 can see that these aren’t just dogs; they’re superheroes!”

John Dowell, Director and Writer
