Community Fundraiser

Inspire your community and help raise vital funds.

Support local fundraising and make life possible

Our work relies on the generosity of people who believe in what we do. As a Community Fundraiser, you’ll help raise awareness and funds that make our life-changing work possible. From placing collection boxes to organising local events or speaking to community groups, every activity you do helps people and dogs thrive together.

You’ll meet new people, build skills, and make a real difference - all while having fun and being part of a supportive, dog-loving team.

You’ll be a great match if…
  • You’re friendly, confident and enjoy meeting new people.

  • You’re comfortable representing Dogs for Good in your local community.

  • You can handle money responsibly and keep simple records.

  • You’re organised and reliable, whether working independently or with others.

  • You’re positive about learning and happy to share our story.

Volunteers Ken and Denise were looking to do more to support our work - a few months later, the Banbury and District Supporters Group was born. The group has raised over £250,000, an incredible achievement, and Ken and Denise are often out and about at a range of events, meeting new people and spreading the word about what we do.

If you’re curious about volunteering and want to find out more, we’d love to hear from you.
