Creating possibility – Impact survey highlights

An exclusive preview of our 2025 research, revealing how our services are improving the lives of those that access them as well as their support networks.

Earlier this year we conducted an extensive survey of those who access our three principle services - Assistance Dog, Family Dog and Community Dog.

The key findings and highlights of this survey have been compiled and we are pleased to be able to share them with you exclusively before they are made public.

This survey evidences the positive outcomes that our dogs create and the extent to which their impact reaches beyond the individuals who directly access our services.

We hope that, like us, you are encouraged by these findings. We would welcome your comments, observations and participation as we continue to advocate for the transformative power of the human-dog bond, and the part it has to play in supporting the UK health and social care system.
