Dementia workshops

Educational workshops to guide families affected by dementia who have, or would like to get, their own pet dog.

The human–dog bond can bring so many benefits to families living with dementia, helping them to live with more confidence, motivation and joy.

Our dementia workshop series, delivered in partnership with Alzheimer Scotland, is packed with practical advice on how a strong bond with a pet or companion dog can provide much-needed support for families living with dementia.

We don’t always have dementia-specific workshops running, so please check our current listings to see what’s available and book your place accordingly. If no dates are currently listed, you can contact our team using the form at the bottom of this page to find out when the next dementia workshops will be available.
