Physical disability programme - workshop series B
Our physical disability workshop series is designed for adults (aged 18 plus) with a physical disability and for parents or carers supporting someone with a physical disability aged three and over.
Our workshop series start with an online introductory session, followed by three interactive workshops. You will be provided with pre-recorded content before each workshop, which you are encouraged to watch in your own time before each session. During the live 90-minute Teams workshops, there’s plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share experiences, all within a welcoming group where you can feel comfortable and supported.
Workshop series B, taking place on Tuesdays at 1 pm:
- Introductory workshop: 13 January 2026 (60 minutes)
- Workshop 1: 20 January 2026 (90 minutes)
- Workshop 2: 17 February 2026 (90 minutes)
- Workshop 3: 17 March 2026 (90 minutes)
