Why not use Dogtober as an excuse to embrace the autumn and get outside? You can do this with or without a dog, just plan your walk or run on a ‘map my walk’ App (such as Strava) and make it paw shaped, dog shaped, bone shaped, anything you like! Sign up with JustGiving and ask family, friends and work colleagues to sponsor you – how many laps of the Labrador can you do?
Your ‘How To’ guide
We have created a step-by-step ‘How To’ guide to help you set up your Draw the Paw and raise as much money for Dogs for Good as possible. Click here to see ‘How to‘ or make it up yourself – it’s totally up to you!
Win some goodies for your dog!
Simply make sure you screen shot your map and post it on Twitter, tag @DogsforGoodUK and @weatherbeetauk and use the hashtag #Dogtober. Alternatively share your image within the comments of the #drawthepaw competition post on our Facebook page. We’ll share the best (and worst) and we’ll also choose a winner who will receive some fantastic doggy goodies from Weatherbeeta. Please note – you’ll need to raise a minimum of £20 in sponsorship to be eligible. Terms & Conditions apply.
