Dogs for Good makes life-changing differences for people with disabilities. The charity is seeking a Website and Social Media Manager to work as part of our small but ambitious communications team. This is an exciting and challenging role to help drive awareness of Dogs for Good’s impact on our digital channels and continue to develop our compelling stories and content to build support for our work.
You should have experience of working in a digital marketing role, an ability to manage day to day our website (WordPress CMS system) and also our social media pages – particularly Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. You’ll need to be a confident planner and a quick thinker with strong written skills, including knowledge of SEO. You will have strong communication skills and be able to develop good relationships with staff and other stakeholders within the organisation, as well as work with third party suppliers to ensure we produce high quality content that engages support. You will have experience of running digital advertising campaigns as well as using google and social media analytics to help shape our future content.
Day to day, you’ll be working closely with other members of the fundraising and communications team to promote our key messages across all media channels. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work for an innovative charity with amazing stories to tell.
Ideally, we would prefer the successful candidate to work full time but part time would be considered for an exceptional candidate. The role is home-based.
