Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary up to £45,000 per annum

Dogs for Good is seeking a full time Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the charity’s services.
Dogs for Good has a long history of exploring ways dogs can help people overcome specific challenges and enrich and improve lives and communities. Over many years, the charity has developed several new services, enabling people and dogs to benefit each other, and scaled them up to significant levels, e.g. services for children with physical disabilities and autism and our Family Dog Service.
As a charity, we have always tried to work in an innovative way and ‘aim high’ in our ambitions. We are committed to providing the best possible outcomes for our clients whilst maintaining efficient, flexible and cost-effective services.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to lead our committed and enthusiastic team in developing our services as we continue to learn from experience across this expanding field.
The post holder will need to have excellent communication skills, extensive dog training experience, general management skills, as well as an empathetic approach to understanding the needs of both dogs and people.
