FINANCE OFFICER
Part Time (20 Hours per Week)
Monday to Friday
Salary up to £12k depending on experience (£21k FTE)
Based at The Frances Hay Centre, Banbury

The Charity is seeking a part time Finance Officer, the hours can be flexible for the right person.  Duties for this role include the following:

  • Accounting for all income for the charity
  • Input of purchase invoices and expenses
  • Bank all of the money received by the charity
  • Month end bank reconciliations
  • Help with year-end audit
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience of Xero accounts & Excel desirable

We are looking for a motivated, positive person with a ‘can do’ attitude who is happy to work on their own and as part of a team.

Driving the charity’s vehicles may be part of the job (i.e. to bank cash/cheques) so a full driving licence is preferred, but where applicable, we will work with the chosen candidate to find alternative solutions where reasonable adjustments are required.
