BBC Countryfile Live at Blenheim Palace this weekend is set to be a great event! However, due to the extreme hot weather, we have taken the decision not to take our dogs to the Dog Lovers’ Arena at the event where they were due to carry out demonstrations – instead, they’ll be relaxing somewhere cool and calm with a frozen Kong lolly or two to keep them entertained!
Despite their four-legged friends not accompanying them, our knowledgeable (and naturally, very cool) demo team are still going to be at the event, so please do stop by for a chat if you’re passing. Our team will also be taking time out on Saturday and Sunday from 11.15 to 11.45 to chat to the Dog Lovers’ Arena host (and Dogs for Good Vice Patron), Peter Purves, about the life-changing work that Dogs for Good carries out.
The wellbeing and welfare of our dogs is at the heart of everything we do; it’s a key guiding principle of our work and one of the charity’s stated core values. Read more.
